1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the AIS 2026 Attendee Networking Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is available to registered attendees and participants of the ICAI AI Innovation Summit 2026 (June 26-27, 2026, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi). Access may be revoked if eligibility cannot be verified.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One account per person. Creating duplicate or false accounts is prohibited
• Your profile is subject to administrator review before becoming publicly visible

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or impersonating information
• Use the Platform for unsolicited commercial messaging or spam
• Scrape, harvest, or copy other attendees' contact information for use outside the Platform
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access
• Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content including photos
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through the connection or messaging features

5. Profile Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (bio, photo, project descriptions). By submitting it, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it to other attendees. You confirm you have the right to share any content you upload.

6. Networking Features

The connection request and smart-match features are provided to facilitate professional networking at and around the Summit. You agree to use them respectfully and professionally. The Platform does not guarantee any business outcomes from connections made.

7. Champion Programme

Champions (Ambassadors) are users granted special referral privileges by administrators. Champion status may be revoked at any time. Misuse of referral codes (e.g., registering fake attendees) will result in immediate revocation and account removal.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform design, code, and branding are the property of the platform creator. The AIS 2026 name and ICAI branding belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute Platform materials without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, particularly given the event's on-premises constraints. Smart-match results are algorithmic suggestions and not endorsements. We are not liable for the outcome of any professional interaction initiated through the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
